Hello @Kamaria8,
Gift cards can be a great offering to a friend of family member. I appreciate you posting on our Forum! I would be happy to help!
AT&T Wireless Gift cards can be used to purchase phones, devices, accessories, and other merchandise. They are unable to be used for paying your bill, although I see where you are coming from and it would be a great gift to give to someone if possible!
They can be used at Corporate Stores and our AT&T Kiosks. As long as the balance on the card covers the amount owed, there will be no issues with any purchases. If the amount on the card is not able to cover the cost, it will display a denied error message.
I hope this information helped you!

Hi @Bayamanda5! Let's address your how you can use your AT&T prepaid gift card!
For the prepaid gift card, it can only be used on prepaid wireless accounts and prepaid devices as ACE member stated.
We hope this helps!
