Paid bill at kiosk and it doesn't show it posted and threatening to disconnect my service
I had a past due bill and made a payment arrangement that I extended twice. When I was ready to pay my past due bill I went in and did so at an in store kiosk. That was a few days ago and it still has not posted to my account and now I am getting emails saying that if not payed my service will get disconnected! This is ridiculous and I am extremely upset!
