Never received Senior Manager call back
Last Friday, 8/9/2019 I was assured I would receive a call back from a Senior Manager. I was promised a call by 8/14/2019. The Supervisor I spoke with made a very vulgar innuendo when I stated ic as not satisfied. I will wait til Monday and if I am not contacted, I will be sure to escalate this much higher. Let’s see if upper Management cares!
