International Roaming Expanded
If I am on a cruise to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands and get off the ship, can I connect to another network and make a call back to Georgia or Florida with being charged for the call for text message ??

Great question; I’m glad you asked!
While in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, you are able to make calls or texts to the United States at no charge. International roaming will apply to any usage outside of these areas.
