If I upgrade and renew?

I currently have an an iPhone 5 with the same unlimited data plan I've had for years now. If I upgrade to the new 6 will I have to lose my unlimited data? I spend half my days using my data in one way or another; to lose my unlimited plan would ruin my use of any phone even a brand new shiny iPhone 6!

To keep your unlimited data, it is best to upgrade at a corporate store. If you upgrade at a reseller, they may not allow you to keep your unlimited data.

Hi @Vanishingkat

You can definitely keep your unlimited data plan! I also recommend upgrading at the Corporate Store, or at least over the phone, but it's best to have an AT&T rep help you with that, just to be safe. Make sure to let them know that you have an unlimited plan you want to keep, and they'll be happy to help you with that.

Thanks,

Dmitriy
