Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would like to provide the information to get you on your way!
You will use the IMO portal for your enrollment, if you are still displaying a pending status, you may need to approve the emailed ticket before it is moved on for processing. This could be what has your request on hold.
As far as having a contact for future questions or enrollments, your manager/superior would be the best resource for further information.

I am a current AT&T employee and I have been trying to get the correct IMO discount on my wireless account for the past 4 months my online account is locked and nobody over the phone can seem to help me, reaching out for help thank you.
