IMO DISCOUNT IS GONE!

Hello, I am a bestbuy employee that was receiving the ATT indirect mobility offer (IMO).  I recently had my Bestbuy store closed but I was brought on to a different bestbuy right away and I was never a day without a Bestbuy job in between. I stopped getting my IMO discount and my IMO account now reads "Your account is Inactive. Please contact your AT&T Field Account Representative for further assistance" problem is, there are no account field representatives! as far as we know my store does not have one. What do I do my bill is too much and I don't want bad credit.
