IMEI#'s needed

You need to get them from each individual phone. I’m not seeing the phone imei’s anywhere on my account, I’m pretty sure they are not retrievable online.

As I later learned, you can obtain the IMEI number easily by intering the mobile phone number in the search box on the main dashboard.  It also provides info such as model and contract type and end date.  MUCH easier than visiting each phone!
