I'm getting billed for a phone I sent in

I called and spoke to three seperate reps that kept passing the ball untill I spoke to one that had me on hold for 30 minutes. In total I spent two hours on the phone trying to get help with this. Looking at the tracking informtion the phone arrived at the ATT&T returns center. What gives? Any help on this will be appreciated. Thanks

First, I’d like to apologize on the time you had to be on the phone with us. We work to make sure anytime you contact us we take care of matters in a quick manner and this is not what we want anyone to experience.

 

Once we receive your phone and it’s been scanned into our warehouse, we’ll refund your charges.

 

Typical returns take 5-7 business days to reach the warehouse and complete processing.

 

If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not received your refund, please let us know and we’ll be happy to reach out and further assist to get this resolved.

 

Also please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

I am still getting billed for the phone that I returned back in October. I tried calling your toll-free number and the call got dropped which never happens ecxept when I'm calling the 800 number...this is quite frustrating...
