Complete Refund not provided as promised

It was found out that my data was exhausted because of company error. I am still being charged for equipment that was returned. I was told I did not have to pay for the equipment because I was given the wrong information when they sold it to me! $93 is what is shown that I owe for a situation that was NOT my doing

Thank you but I am aware. I am posting out of pure frustration! I have been a customer greater than 10 years and very frustrated with what is going on! I have to call them over and over trying to resolve this matter! Any helpful tips?
