Am I to understand that I am being charged 20.00 a month access fee for my Iphone 6 to receive your services? I received my first bill from you showing this amount. I don’t understand this charge since the phone belongs to me. Also I am a Veteran. Did I get my discount?

The access fee pays for unlimited talk and text. The way all ATT plans are is one charge for the data plan, then each line pays the access charge. Regarding your discount, if you got it, it would be shown under the charge for the data plan.
