Billing - promotion
I'm a little confused as to why my wireless bill is so high when I had bundled my directv service with my wireless to get unlimited data. Was the promotion not to have unlimited data for free or was it not explained to me correctly when I signed up for it?

Whatever was explained to you, you either did not quite understand or they lied to you. There is no free unlimited cellular data. Never has been, never will be. You are paying for whatever unlimited data plan you picked and paying the same prices everyone else pays as listed on att.com. By having both unlimited data and Directv, you should be getting a discount on your Directv service. Now, if you were also getting home internet service from ATT, then you could be getting unlimited home internet for free. Home internet has a cap of 1TB per month but also has an option for unlimited data for an extra $30/month. You still pay for the internet service but that $30 option is free for anyone with Directv service.
