Welcome to the Community Forums! Restoring your service is easy and I would be glad to help you with sorting out any billing concerns.

 

The easiest way to check if you have an outstanding balance on your bill is online. Even if your account has been cancelled, you still have the ability to view your bill and even make a payment if you were a registered user. Please note, this is only possible within the 59 days after the account was cancelled. After this period of time, you may be assigned a new phone number.
