Bill disputes
Find it amazing how when I went into local store to pay off a phone and canceling service how amazed I was to see a charge of $187 for that line added to my bill!!!!
Then to add insult to injury was told they could save me that amount (take the 187) off if I would just change to ATT DIRECT TV
