Att Chat services accepted to refund invalid billing but not happened from so long.

On my att account there was a invalid charge for International calling , the plan had the International Asia calling enabled monthly charge of 15$. So the problem is even the plan enabled there was a charge happened to my account for $521. I have contacted att chat , after several discussions they promised someone will be calling me to confirm the refund in a week time, but that was never happened. Att become horrible ij solving the issues, there is no integrity between chat services, customer service and unified , wireless. If you are having wireless and Uverse you are done no help you will get related to wireless. Lot of mess up happened from last 6 months. I hope someone will reach out to my number and provide required help. This is my last trial in forums.
