Are there payment arrangements for someone out on disability?

I was out of work for a month because of a cuncussion and migraines. Being that I make more money than my significant other this severely affected us. We are now over two months behind on our wireless bill after trying to keep up with rent, and electricity, other bills... is it possibly to pay a portion of your bill this month and a portion next month to help catch up?

Sincerely,
Broke as a joke

Hello @Jeniferarres,

Welcome to the Community Forums!  I am sorry to hear about your situation and hope you are feeling better.  I would be happy to answer your questions.

We do offer payment arrangements because we understand life happens.  Please visit this webpage for more information and how to set it up in your myAT&T.

Please Note: Once you’ve scheduled a late payment, you may not be able to change the amount or the date of the payment arrangement. In addition, you can’t cancel the payment.

I hope this information helps! Please have a lovely weekend!
