A delay withdrawal from bank?

I just got changed plans and this is my first time ever being a master/primary number for my plan with one other person. So I just paid my first bill on a Tuesday. It's now Thursday of the same week and I am starting to worry more and more about the delay in my bank account.

I usually see pending when there is a purchase that is still in process, it doesn't show it on my bank account. I'm worried that I accidentally gave wrong information or what.

Hi @kari97,

It is completely normal to be concerned about a delay in payment. I am glad you came the Community Forums - I can help you!

I recommend checking your balance on your online account for your AT&T bill. If it is current or the payment was processed there is a possibility the funds have not transferred from your bank account. You may need to get in contact with their support to investigate the delay further.

If you are concerned you may have entered your banking information incorrectly and are using AutoPay, you can always go back and modify it with the following steps when you’re logged in: At the top of the page, go to MyAT&T tab > Billing, Usage, Payments > Manage AutoPay.

In any case you are concerned about being late for your bill, I highly recommend making a payment arrangement. It is the best way to give you extra time without worrying about your service being suspended!

I hope this helps.

Have a wonderful day!

I did to att store and I tried to ask them how I can check my info on the information I inserted, but they were no help. Would doing it by debit card be faster than my going straight from the bank using router numbers, etc?

Hey again @kari97,

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you had in our store!

Either way should be as fast and have no difference in the money being debiting from your account. However, you may find it easier to use a debit card if you don’t already know your bank’s routing number.

If you still need help regarding research of the payment you made, please let us know and I would be glad to investigate this further!

Thank you for your time and attention to this. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!
