switcher program

I need help getting my payoff amount for the switcher program.  I have submitted the correct final bill showing my payoff amount and confirmed this with Young American several weeks ago.  They confirmed they have everything from me.   The status is still showing that they are not able to process this b/c they are missing paperwork. I've called several time and am on hold for 30 minutes before i have to hang up.  please help.

@whgefg How much did they pay you when you turned in the phone?

How much do you own for canceling? (Not final bill, just for canceling early)
