When order is “in progress”,can the company cancel the phone after money has been paid due to credit

I ordered the phone. I received an email stating that AT&T has received my order & that my order is in progress. I already paid the money required for the phone. But can the company deny my purchase due to bad credit after I paid for the phone ?

What a great question. An order can be canceled by AT&T for any number of reasons after payment has been accepted. If this happens, your payment should be refunded back into your account within five to seven business days.

 

We have steps for you to keep track of your order status. You can use this to stay in the know.
