Greetings @Mohammedals123!

Sorry for the trouble you’ve had with our service! Being fast and friendly is our #1 priority in the store, so it saddens me to hear that we’ve failed you.

Do you have any store locations or store representatives in particular who have mistreated you?

We would be interested in following up on these AT&T reps, so they can be held accountable for their actions. (Please do not post any personal information within the public forum).

Let us know! We’re happy to help!

We'd like to provide some insight but a more specific description of the issues would help.

I have a problem with the salesmen and women because everything they say is not clear at all, and I have a problem with the management because I keep paying money and I have nothing in return, All my money went into the garbage. I bought 4 SIM cards from the first visit to AT&T and I've had problems since then. I need solutions to all my problems. The first saleswomen I went to told us that there is a 10$ plan for international calls and I payed for it in all the SIM cards and non of them worked when I tried calling internationally and also she told us that our 60$ plan package was supposed to have 6GB of LTE and then unlimited 4G and she said which means you have unlimited data. In the course of 1 week all my data finished and I went back to AT&T and I payed for more data when I should have just changed my phone company because of the unclear statement the saleswomen made. We have a sim from T-mobile and it is working perfectly fine. But all the rest are AT&T and all of them are working very bad. Anyways I will not leave without getting what I need.
Thank you for all this.

Hello there @Mohammedals123!

My apologies for the trouble you’ve had at the store. Misinformation is harmful and I’m sorry that they were so unhelpful!

Please allow me to clarify some of this for you! I appreciate you reaching out instead of just cancelling!

So with the $60 monthly plan on the GoPhone, you do get 6GBs of LTE data. The data is not cut off afterwards, so it is technically unlimited, just at low speeds (After high-speed data allowance is used, data speeds are slowed to a max of 128Kbps for the rest of the term. Source: https://www.att.com/shop/wireless/gophone-plans.html).

There is indeed a $10 international package that has 1000 calling minutes to these countries.

It sounds like they did not enable this feature for you, my apologies for that!

If you login to your account here, and select Packages, it will allow you to add that international feature no problem!

I hope you find that useful, that way you can avoid any further poor service from the store, just let us know if you would like to pursue some feedback on them. We strive to make every interaction positive, and it sounds like they have failed you in that.
