Suspending a line while overseas

I am currently on a buisiness account and on a contracted payment plan with att&t. The buisiness accounts handles all payments. Is there a way I can suspend my line while I am overseas (I will be gone approximately two months but may stay longer) and keep my same number for when I come back? In the mean time, can the buisiness account continue to pay my phone off so I do not have to pay the 500 up front. I am certain I will return to att&t and reactivate my number when I move back to states. However, I do not have the money to pay for a foreign plan or to pay my phone off.

@swartelle I didn't think "suspending" your account is going to save you money (like preventing your full account payment).  I think it's a very small reduction in cost IF any reduction at all

You phone would be locked to ATT while under contact and would not be usable on another carrier.

I believe you can suspend payment at a reduced rate.    Contact ATT directly.
