Question about corporate stores vs verizon

I am just wondering why where I live there is only one AT&T corporate store as compared to several verizon corporate stores?

I am thinking of switching from verizon and am concerned about customer service if required

I don't think that's something anyone here can answer but does it really matter? How often do you think you will need a corporate store? As long as there is one corporate store, isn't that enough? Personally, I only go to a store as a last resort. The real question should be does ATT provide the coverage you need.
