My account is suspended right now dovi have to pay the full amount to have it back on or just the past due amount

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but only the past-due balance needs to be $0. If there was $100 due June 22 that wasn't paid and cause a suspension, only that $100 needs to be paid. The amount due July 22 isn't required.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community Forums for some help with restoring your account. I completely understand the importance of making sure you stay connected and it would be my pleasure to help.
In order to restore the account, you'll need to process a payment for the past due balance. Once this payment is processed, you should be able to turn your phone off and back on and the service should be restored. If you run into any issues once you process the payment, please let us know. We'd love to help get this cleared up!
