What is going on with the service to the central Massachusetts area? Everyone that I know in my area with At&T wireless has not had service since 1130 pm on 12/1/16
Thanks for following up! So we reviewed your area and found no towers problems. However there was an area west of Crystal Lake that did have a rather large number of Microcells in use. This could suggest poorer than typical coverage indoors.
Are you still experiencing “No Service”? If so we want to investigate this matter ASAP! You might try out our Troubleshooting Tool for Phone Calls in the meantime. I have filed a network report in your area as well!
I am not experiencing service issues anymore. The night that I was experiencing issues I did not have service within the city limits of Gardner 01440 for the entire time that I specified previously.

I had a look at the area in general and found no region wide outages. However, this does not mean a problem is not occurring near you!
