I’m sorry to hear your device was stolen. I know how important it is to get it replaced as soon as possible. I would be more than happy to help out and look into a resolution for you!
Asurion, our insurance provider, does require the account security passcode to be provided at the time your claim is filed to verify your account and protect you from any fraudulent activity.
If you don’t remember the passcode for your account, you can reset it via your myAT&T account. We do have a great article which provides instructions on how to do so.
