I cant login my account!

When I try to login my account with 10-degit wireless Number and 4-degit number , it is displayed just like below

Error!

 

The account has been disconnected. Please contact Customer Service.

 

I dont understand.

Hello @holmes1127,

 

Receiving the error the account has been disconnected can be very alarming.  I will be more than happy to help you resolve this issue!

 

Please clear the cache and cookies of your browser, close all the windows and then reopen the browser.  Please try to log back in again.  If it is still not allowing you to log in, please try a different browser.  You can also check if you are able to login using the myAT&T app on your device as well.

 

If you recently had your bill combined and canceled one of the accounts, this could be one reason why you are getting the error.
