How do we send a complaint or complement to AT&T Corporate?
I just want an email or form where I can end a complaint and compliment regarding AT&T's customer service. I don't want to post it on a form or community chat room. Just about ALL companies have a way to email their corporate offices. It's that or report companies to the FCC or BBB and I really don't want to do that, but I have done it before.

ATT does not do customer support via email. There is no such email address. The closest you can get to email is to use the private message feature of this forum and send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare.

I have noticed that you can also report it to the Better Business Bureau. I've reported companies and they've replied back. My issue may be a legal issue. Thanks for the reply.
