Hello @Mcbapa!
Forgetting the email and password is definitely inconvenient. Especially when you need to add money to a device you use every day. I am more than happy to share information to get you logged in and ready to go!
You can go to att.com/myprepaid and it will ask for the wireless phone number (in this case you would enter the iPad phone number) and then click on Forgot Password. This will allow you to reset your password and enable you access to your prepaid account.

The easiest way to find the phone number on the iPad is to tap Settings> General> About. The wireless number will be displayed under Cellular Data Number. It has been my absolute pleasure to assist in getting you logged into your account!
