No one will answer my phone calls so I am here. I have been a customer for two months and have yet to have the service I'm paying for. Not to mention just recieving an email that my bill will be going up because my package no longer qualifies for a discount. What changed? I didn't make any changes? Anyway, at this point I know AT&T can not deliver on their end. Where do I send the AT &T equipment? I'm done.

@Hmdail You've posted in the wireless forum. What "equipment" would you anticipate sending back?

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I will never ever use AT&T again. Horrible customer service and a huge joke to it customers. I have switched to a better faster and more reliable company. WOW! What a difference. I have called AT&T several times requesting an actual check for my refund but instead after nearly 2 mo. I got this bogus credit card as my refund that also charges a fee to use it. I can NOT just cash out for the full amount of my refund either. I have called and complaint about this but end up being disconnected or passed around to 6 other persons whom say they can't help me. After all this time and frustration the matter is still unresolved. I'm stuck with a unless credit card/ screwed out of my full refund moneys. I have read numerous complaints about AT&T. This so called company is a huge RIP- OFF and takes advantage of it customers. I will be filing a Complaint with the BBB and I will also post the unfair business practices of AT&T on Social Media/Facebook. You don't treat your customers like this "AT&T" .

If the card they sent you has a Visa logo on it, it's basically a gift card and you can use it anywhere that takes Visa: grocery store, gas station, department store, etc. I've never heard of there being a fee attached to it.

This is the worst company ever and the customer service is a nightmare. They will reroute to somebody and they will give us the customer care number and will leave the chat. Then what is the point of rerouting? don't we know the customer care number?
How can some just type the customer care and leave the chat without addressing the issue? worst company ever and time to get out of this mess.

I’d like to submit feedback on your how AT&T implements account security.
I have often been asked by a representative for my passcode when calling in. Common sense, along with the fact that we now know phone company customer service reps are being implicated in scams involving use of other’s phone numbers, indicates that this is NOT good practice. Because our phones are now at the center of all sorts of financial account security procedures that use two- factor authentication and the like, AT&T really needs to step up their own provision of security. For true security, when customers call AT&T or try to access their accounts, our account passcodes should be provided to a highly secure, automated system that will pass us on to a live representative, and not be given to the representative themselves. Our passcodes are akin to PIN numbers at banks; we never give bank tellers our PIN, instead we enter our PINs into secure number pads. AT&T needs to implement a similar level of security with our passcodes, and do so ASAP.
Thank you
