Charged $350 for accidentally making an International call
My daughter accidentally made international calls to Europe without a international plan. I didn't get any alerts or messages from ATT until I got the bill. I called ATT and explained the situation and asked them to add any plan to my account that can reduce that charges. She said she could do nothing after the bill was generated. Would it be nice to send customer a message for the situation like this? Can someone help me with this problem?

This is a customer populated forum l all we can do is say sorry that happened, and suggest you login to your account and remove the option to call from US at pay per use rates by unchecking the circle for each line.

Hey,
Usualy text notifications are send to the contact number on the account letting you know about the charges. They dont usually provide credits when it comes about International long distance, you can access to MyATT APP and remove the International long distance Pay-per-use rate and add a plan, more info about the plans here.
Or you can ask then to block International Long Distance.
