Changing to AT&T from Sprint

I've had so many problems with sprint i decided to change to at&t.  I've not even signed up with them and already i'm having problems.  I was on the phone from 9.30 am until 6.30 on saturday trying to get my contract sorted.  There system crashed so i had to do everything again, it took so long that i waited untli monday to phone back as i didn't have the spare time on sunday.  Already though AT&T are reneging on the things they said they would do when i spoke to not only the sales girl but supposedly her manager.  AND I HAVENT EVEN SIGNED WITH THEM YET!

 

This is ridiculous its impossible to get good service from any phone company it seem or at least get them to back what they say in a phone conversation - why are all phone companies like this.  One person says one thing and another completely disregards what the first person has said and says its not possible.

1.   The plans are online.  Read them.  

2.  There is no switch reimbursement now

3.  There are BOGO deals on the sales page, read them. 

4.  It takes an hour to port numbers in a company store, I cannot recommend any other way for any carrier.  

    This is for any carrier, not just At&t.
