Buy a session problem

When trying to renew one of 8 devices on my account I received the below message  after hitting submit to purchase the plan.

 

C30000672003:AT&T is not able to process your request. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

No issues when renewing a different device. Tried using different credit card and browser.

 

any idea?

I am so sorry to hear that you received this error! I definitely want you to be able to renew your device, and I appreciate you coming to AT&T Community Forums! I will be more than happy to help!

 

Are you trying to renew from your device or a computer? Let’s try clearing the cache from the browsers that you are using, in case it is storing information causing this issue. You can check out this third party site for instructions regarding a variety of browsers!

 

Also, are you using an iPad or a different type of tablet? For iPads you will want to access our iPad landing page, and tablets can be accessed through our buy a session page.

 

I recommend trying a different device or computer to process the request if this does not work.

Buy a session doesn't work regardless of your browser or clearing the cache. Your website is broken. No one can either buy a plan or renew. Please get it fixed!

 

I've tried on Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome.

I too have had a terrible time trying to get support for the ATT buy a session plans.  After multiple phone calls and hours being passed around between agents I even tried going into an ATT store today.  Ultimately, no one seems to be able to help service these plans.  Frustrating experience.
