Welcome to the Community Forums! Not having service restored when it should be is concerning. This is definitely not what we want happening. It is my pleasure to help with getting this fixed today!


Please try our great Troubleshoot & Resolve page. For best results start by clicking Log in and sign into your myAT&T account. Select your phone’s make and model > Phone calls, and follow the steps until the service is working once again.
