Adding out of state family member

Hi,
I'd like to add my dad to my ATT plan. He will be using one of my old ATT iPhones so I suspect we'll need a new SIM. He lives in another state so one question is whether or not he could port his number (he's with Sprint). My other question is simply how much it would cost to add him. My plan is mobile share value with 3gb and 3gb bonus with rollover Thanks for your help!

Yes, he should be able to port his number. The cost to add a line to your plan is $25. Typically, you would do this in an ATT store with both of you there so you may run into issues if you try to do this long distance. If you have his Sprint info, you can probably do it yourself and send him the phone.
