i unisrtalled my at&t contact app i have no contacts

My name is Anthony, and I am with the AT&T Community and Forums Team.  It is my understanding you deleted the “my AT&T Contacts app” and want to see about restoring.  I will be happy to offer you some assistance. 

The first option we recommend you do is backup and reset your device. 

Here are the instructions on how to back up your apps.

1. From the Start screen, touch the screen and slide left.

2. Scroll to and tap Settings.

3. Scroll to and tap backup.

4. Tap app list+settings.

5. Tap the App backup switch to turn it on.

6. If necessary, sign in to your Microsoft account.

7.Tap back up now.

8. Tap continue.

The backup begins and may take several minutes.
 

Here is how to backup media and pictures

1. From the Start screen, touch the screen and slide left.

2. Scroll to and tap Settings.

3. Scroll to and tap backup.

4. Tap photos+videos.

5. Make selections to automatically upload your photos and videos to OneDrive so you can access them from the phone.

Once the device is backed up you will need to reset the device.

1.    Start by turning off the phone.

2.    Then press the Power Button once.

3.    Afterwards press and hold the Volume Down button.

4.    Release held key when you see the exclamation point.

5.    Next, hold down the following sequence of buttons: Volume Up - > Volume Down-> Power - > Volume Down.

6.    Success!

If the reset fails to restore the app you can try the Windows Device Recovery Tool.
