HTC One (M8) Windows phone Internet Explorer issue

I am unable to see background images in Internet Explorer.  Example when I go to gofanyourself.com on my phone I do not see the pictures in the background like I do on my PC.  I was told it was a SSC or something issue.  I could not find any settings that mention anything about views or any IE settings.  Does anyone know how to correct this?

Thank you!

Hi @eelpus!

Good question!  I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with background images loading up. I understand that you are having an issue when you go to gofanyourself.com. What about when you go to other pages? Do the background images appear as they should?

The issue that you are having is either originating from the browser, the phone, or the website. This would not be something is that is caused by anything related to AT&T. Have you tried multiple browsers? I would suggest trying Chrome to see if the problem persists.

Let me know if that works out for you.

Thank You!

@eelpus Try using the menu option to "request desktop site".

Often, mobile-tailored sites exclude some functionality, particualrly things like high-density pics and similar, that are data-intensive.

The setting should change this, but be aware, you'll be chewing through data, battery, etc.

You can change the setting back, after, as well.
