Getting the error code ULS3001 while trying to unlock my phone
Hi ,
I am getting below error message while trying to unlock my phone .
Error: We’re sorry, but we’re having technical difficulties with our network at the moment. Please try again later. If this problem persists, try clearing the cache and cookies from your device. Questions? Call us at 800.331.0500, or dial 611 from your AT&T wireless phone. (errorCode.ULS3001)

Getting the same error. Been the same issue since December 26, 2015. When I called their 1-800 number, their staff is absolutely worthless. I am told to "wait a few days" and when I call back to tell them I have waited a few days and nothing has changed, they say they do not know why the error comes up.

I got the same response. I have contacted them twice and they told me try again in a few days. I've been trying for over a week!
