Good morning @Andrex249,

Not a problem, you will simply need to master reset the Gear S2 and create a new unique user ID.  To reset the wearable please press the Apps Key > select Settings > Gear Info > Reset Gear > Factory Reset > Checkmark icon.

Thank you for utilizing the Community Forums, and have a splendid weekend!

Hello @Andrex249,

It sounds like your Gear S2 is set to sync with two phones.  We definitely understand you wanting to delete the extra phone.  I will be happy to assist you with this matter.

Are you using Bluetooth to pair the two devices?  If this is the case you will just need to un-pair the device.

Thank you for using the Community Forums, and have a great weekend.

Hi no I'm only using one with Bluetooth cuz when I try to sync it it says that wearables can only being sync with numbers with a user id and when i try to make an user id for the phone I want to sync the watch it says that it's already linked to the account so I don't know what to do?
