My item has been saying preparing to ship for a few does, when will it finally ship? I just switched to AT&T and it’s been one problem after another. I am starting to regret my decision to switch:

If you're just switching to us, does that mean you're also porting your number(s) over as well? If you are, please know that your numbers will need to port before your devices are shipped. The porting process can take between 3-5 business days.
