Parental controls locking ALL channels
My Uverse Parental control is locking EVERY channel. I have it set to lock only "purchases" and "rated R and Mature" .
This has never been a problem ( had uverse for years), just woke up this morning and it was locking all my channels.

When in doubt, reboot (pull plug for 15 secs.). Se if that fixes it.
