Anyone resolve a problem where TV intermittently stops for about half a second?

I have not had a good response from at&t and my problem has existed for about 6 weeks now.

 

i have the 1Gb fiber connection with TV and Internet.

 

at&t has replaced all the hardware at my location, unsuccessfully. 

 

The problem is intermittent. We can watch tv for an hour or more and then things go wrong. The picture may pixelate, go blank or do strange things. We loose about a half a second of sound. The problem then does this repeatedly.

 

at&t cannot resolve the problem.

 

can anyone help with this issue?

Its nearly a week now and there is no progress on this issue.

 

Unfortunately with this type of service, I may have to go to the competition. There is no urgency at AT&T to get this problem resolved. They just want to replace equipment another time. How many times do you have to replace the equipment?

I have the exact same issue. Cuts out for about a second intermittently. Sporadic. Never had any issues with the service prior to this. Can’t figure it out. Rebooted everything multiple times. Check all my connections. No idea

I am about to drop u-verse. At&t simply cannot support their own products.

Same here 5 service appts  plus install ,now ATT said it's my T.V. s  are the problem constant lose of picture ..... audio... pixilation , causing automatic reboots or needing  manual reboots

Same here 5 service appointments  plus install ,now they said it's my T.V. s  are the problem constant lose of picture ..... audio... scramble picture  , causing automatic reboots or needing  manual reboots,these posts and or replies have to be perfect, or they will NOT post ,WISH THEY WERE THAT PICKY ABOUT MY SERVICE
