If you have a current U-verse account, you are not able to cancel it. It is required for the account. If the account is canceled, you can find information here on how to cancel it.
That solution doesn’t work. You end up with a message to call AT&T. I’ve tried several times, calling 4 different phone numbers (or being transferred to 4 different persons), none of them new how to cancel the email account. Can you come up with any better solution?
As mentioned before you cant cancel the email account. If you truely dont desire to use it just remove it from your device, What device do you currently have the email setup on ?
