What is UVerse voice?
Why am I being charged a monthly charge for equipment fee when they used my equipment I purchased two years ago?

U-verse HSI Equipment Fee, if you purchased your current U-verse Gateway and were most recently installed prior to January 11, 2015, then you might want to send a Private Message to ATTU-verseCare and have them check on that for you because under those conditions you should be grandfathered in no-equipment-fee status.  Otherwise, you're going to be charged a monthly Equipment Fee.

 

You would lose your grandfathered status if you move, or if your gateway needed to be replaced because it is defective, or if you disconnect and then reconnect after January 11, 2015.

Hi i like to see if I cancle my U-Verse phone service , How much i will be charge since my contract will not be up until i think September for bundle.  2nd question is is my bill for my U-Verse internet will go up?
