Services Cancelled??
After told my service would be placed on hold due to my husband having a heart attack outside of our Home town and us not being in our Home during his recovery, ATT forgot to put my account on hold and ended up charging me 4 months worth of services we didn't use. Then when I didn't know and didn't pay them fast enough, my service was disconnected. The only way I could get my service back was to pay for the equipment and set up a new account in which I will get new equipment despite having just paid for the same set up(which I now own). I didn't want to cancel my service to begin with. Now, I'm told my second appointment has to be cancelled due to a service ticket error. You guys are the worst. I wish ATT wasn't the only option for service in my area.
