HDMI Error H1014 Authentication Error

We apologize about the issues, but we will be glad to help. Try rebooting the receiver by unplugging the power and plugging it back. If still having issues, try changing out the HDMI cable if you have a different one.

Thanks.  shortly after I submitted the problem, I discovered that the TV has four differnt video levels of which the correct HCMI choice was not selected.  It works perfectly now.
