Atnt has the worst customer service in customer service history

I have never met such challenging people untill i decided to try atnt , i made one appointment and the technician showed up to do nothing which caused me to reschedule my appointment two weeks later i called to complain about the lack of service for two hours where i got lucky to get my appointment pushed to a earlier date from 8am - 11am due to me almost cancelling the contract, the second appointment day arrived to find out no tech is showing up, i called to complain and the representative said there is. No sign of a appointment made for that day and was promised a second attempt that same day from 1pm-3pm now i called out of work to wait and find out THAT STILL NO TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP AND AGAIN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN, now i have no option but to reschedule a appointment for a whole nother week later because they do not have anything sooner to service me or cut me a break, the entire atnt team does not care about their actions or their lack of service , note: that all this is just for me to GET SERVICE INSTALLED as a new customer and its the worst experience i had ever , if my apartment complex wasnt contracted with atnt i would go straight back to spectrum, i never had this issue or such complex communication  with spectrum as i do with atnt, i complain to supervisor rolando which i dont find a reason why he is worse then the customer service itself, my apartment complex is gonna hear from me and i will be sure to get them to cancel their contract so i can use spectrum again, atnt truley suks and i prey that nobody uses atnt and their horrible nonsupport team service

Apperently they replied to this post to provide help but my all they did was confirm my  third appointment THAT IM STILL WAITING FOR TO GET SERVICE INSTALLED, IF YOU ARE READING THIS I "DO NOT" I REPEAT

DO NOT RECOMMENDED ATNT TO ANYBODY DUE TO THEIR HELPLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO THEY CARE . NO
