ATT U-Verse TV replaced

I just replaced a TV on my ATT U-Verse system.  I need in home service to get it set-up to operate with the U-Verse system.  I want a service rep to come to my home for which I am willing to pay.  I CANNOT talk to ATT Service Reps in India again.  If so, I will have to be committed.  I am a 76 year old woman and don't have the time nor the patience for that group.   Please can you help??????
