U verse DVR


U verse DVR

When I access my Recordings the programs are listed and then when I select a program it says, "No information available" on each program. The recording still works but the No info message is new and annoying. Is my DVR the problem? How can I fix or replace?

Reboot the dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.).  If that doesn't fix it reboot the gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot) and after that the dvr again.
