Short cut on remote

There is no such thing with uverse.  If your tv's own clock display is incorrect then you need to use the tv's remote to correct it.  Read your tv's user manual for the procedure.

Do you mean when in the channel menu to skip ahead? If that's it, try the scan fwd/back  <<  >> buttons towards the top. While the arrows in the middle allow you to move selections I believe those scan buttons let you advance by day if I recall?

Sorry, misread the post.  You cannot skip to a specific date and time.  The fast forward and rewind buttons to advance a day at a time on the favorites and guide grids.  Use the page up and down to move up a "page" (screen) amount.
