Customer service phone number

Where can I find the freaking number for customer service? I have looked all over this freaking site and cannot find it. I've tried the remote restart stuff because the manual method didn't work on my end for some reason. I'm getting to the point that if I call they're going to get an earful from me!

@Baumgal  Contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature below, by Need Help?

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap and gone above and beyond. They can do more than any phone rep can and stick w/it till it's done.

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply, possibly by email instead. Good luck 😉

I wouldn't even bother.  ATT customer service is not there to help you, it is only there to deflect you away from them.  As you will soon see....

I was able to cancel uverse via chat.  i called the phone number and after a few minutes of answering questions for the automated guy, it came back and said the offices were closed. 

AT&T is the absolute worst company to deal with.  So glad that I'm free of them.
